When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will be processed the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our electronics and maker kits worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any defective electronic components. Please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the technical issue before sending items back.
Are the Raspberry Pi boards genuine?
Absolutely. As an approved reseller, all Raspberry Pi boards and official accessories sold at The Pi Hut are 100% genuine and sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders rapidly, we can only make changes if the order has not yet reached our packing floor. Please email us immediately if you need to update your shipping address or cancel an item.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For educational institutions and businesses, we also offer purchase order options upon approval.
